When you contact us
The message tool prepares an email in your own email app. Form content is not sent to the website server or saved in browser storage. If you send the email, the workshop receives the information you included and your email address. Only share information relevant to your enquiry. Information is used to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, enter into and perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Your cookie choice
We use localStorage under the key hat-consent-v1 to remember your statistics preference for up to 180 days. This is a necessary preference, not advertising storage. Once it expires, we ask again on your next visit. Change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Optional website statistics
Only with your permission, the website sends the page path, language and event type to our own server. We count page views and clicks on phone, email and directions links. Only aggregate totals by day, page, language and event are stored, for up to 90 days. There are no visitor identifiers, advertising cookies or third-party analytics. IP addresses and browser details are not stored in the analytics database. The legal basis is consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Changing your mind
Select Cookie settings and then Necessary only. New analytics events stop immediately. Previously counted anonymous events cannot be linked to you and cannot be individually removed.
Technical operation and external links
The server temporarily processes your IP address to deliver pages and limit abuse. Images and fonts are loaded from our own server. Google Maps opens only when you follow the directions link; Google’s privacy policy then applies. No maps or social media are embedded.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries should be kept only as long as needed to handle them. Information that forms part of an agreement or accounting records may be subject to other retention requirements. You can contact the workshop about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where these rights apply. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
